Return Policy

 

Manda Wylde Designs offers a 7-day exchange-or credit-only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  (As an artisan small business that primarily creates one-of-kind and limited edition production pieces, I am unable to provide refunds.)  To initiate the exchange or credit process, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the jewelry by the purchaser to obtain a return code and mailing address. 

 

For exchange or credit to be considered, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse a credit or exchange if the item is determined to be damaged.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mandawylde.com.  If contact is not made within the designated timeframe, the return will not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please include a copy of the paid invoice or the name of the gift giver.

You must send the package insured for the full amount paid, tracked, and requiring signature confirmation, before it is eligible for credit or exchange. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost during transit. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Credit will not be given for shipping and handling charges and these will not be covered in an exchange amount.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately(within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

 

Manda Wylde Designs does not issue refunds.  We offer exchange or credit.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
